What we collect, and what we do not.

This site is operated by JXOM LLC, trading as Castillo Surfaces.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form and send to us. That means a pricing request, a sourcing request or a sample request — your name, company, email, phone if you give it, the delivery ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about the project.

We use it to answer you and to price and fulfil the work. Nothing more.

Surfaces you save

Saved surfaces are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Nothing about what you browse or save reaches us until you choose to send it with a request. Clearing your browser data removes them and there is no copy on our side to remove.

What we do not do

• We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not require an account to browse, save surfaces, or ask for pricing.
• We never see or store card details. Payment, when it happens, takes place on a secure page hosted by our payment processor.

Sharing

To fulfil an order we share what is operationally necessary — typically a delivery address and contact number — with the carrier handling the shipment and, where relevant, the supplier releasing the material. We do not share your details for any other purpose.

Getting in touch

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us through the request form and say so — it reaches the same place. Direct contact details will be published here as soon as they are in service.
